You are the Bright Spot in my Day

I’m still new the blogging community. I am enjoying each new follow on MillennialHygge because I get to read through everyone’s blogs. It’s so incredible to see so many positive bloggers out there!

My last post was a raw and honest post. I was nervous to share it. However, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a lot of positive feedback. Today I woke up to wonderful comments! What a great way to start my day.

So naturally this is where my hygge tip comes in… I try to make the conscious effort to embrace the morning hours. Some of you might already know that from my blog post “Wake-Up Earlier With Hygge.” There are so many wonderful things about mornings. One of my favorite parts is getting cozy in my favorite pajamas and slippers. I have my tablet in tow as I shuffle around the house to get to my cozy chair. It is important to have a space that is your designated cozy corner. It gives you a place to retreat when you’re either reading or resetting. This space can be your bed, a favorite spot on the couch, a favorite chair, or even a patio chair. You should have a place to look forward to relaxing in! In the morning as I sit in my cozy spot, I look forward to reading everyone’s stories, poems etc. and to see what I have missed. So thank you blogging community! I’m so proud to be a part of this hygge journey with all of you!

  1. Very nice post, WordPress does seem to be a community based platform. I really like all the features they have. I use to write on a different platform and it did not have any of the great features WordPress does. I read a lot, way to much on most days and I don’t have a favorite place, I read anywhere and everywhere. If I am understanding right the word hygge means happiness or something like that?

  2. Hi, I have been looking through your blog and find some of the posts really interesting. As a new blogger myself I completely agree how amazing and supportive this community is.

I would love it if you would take part in the Three days, three quotes challenge.

Keep up the great work you are doing.
